Red Shoes Inc., a leading strategic communication firm that specializes in marketing, public relations and crisis communication, was recertified as a National Women’s Business Enterprise (WBE) by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC).

“Accomplishing this re-certification is invaluable to us,” Lisa Cruz, president and owner of Red Shoes, said. “WBENC is a leading advocate for women business owners and truly promotes our organizations in a manner that paves the way to new business and partnerships.”

WBENC is the largest certifier of women-owned businesses in the United States. It works to promote innovation, open doors and create partnerships to fuel the economy. In order to qualify for certification, a business must be at least 51 percent owned, controlled, operated and managed by a woman or women, as well as go through an extensive and thorough business review process and site visit.
