Cheers to the next seven years! Red Shoes PR celebrates ever-changing communication

Ask any start-up business owner to reflect on their professional experience and you’ll likely hear some common refrains: starting a business is one of the most challenging things to do, it is one of the most rewarding things to do and it’s about the relationships.

This month Red Shoes PR celebrates seven years in business. I consider this an accomplishment. We started when “the sky was falling” economically but we thrived in spite of it. One of our greatest assets as a business of this size (small!) is that we can flex where and when we need to do so. It’s with this in mind that I’ll fill you in on a little secret: since we started in PR providing strategic communication, we have continued to add more ways to communicate on our clients’ behalf (and at their request).

What this means is that over the years we have begun to offer different and effective ways to communicate. For example, did you know that we offer visual communication through graphic design capabilities? This means that we take your key message and figure out how to visually communicate it. From infographics to video, photography and print, we provide our clients with many ways to reach their target audiences.

We also function as media buyers to pull together advertising campaigns that are fresh and outside the box, combining digital and traditional. Another growing facet of our business is working with partners to develop beautiful, impactful websites. From content to design, we have learned that our services in this area provide a solution for businesses and organizations, which often experience pain points in process and results. And, I would be remiss if I didn’t mention how much more powerful all of these tools are when it comes to crisis communication. All of these tools, based on a solid strategy and comprehensive perspective, provide one powerful partner at your side when things aren’t going exactly as you planned.

These enhanced offerings have been at the behest of many of our clients because of the relationships we have in place with them. They know we are making the best decisions for them and appreciate our approach. As ways to communicate continue to change, we are changing, too. But, at our core remains the communication strategy that drives all of these channels.
