Cruz founded Red Shoes Inc. in 2008 in Appleton. Most recently, Red Shoes received the Marketplace Wisconsin Woman Business Enterprise Award at the Governor’s Conference. Red Shoes has also been recognized by Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) as a certified Women Business Enterprise and a Women Owned Small Business. Cruz was recently named to the 2018 Top Women in PR by PR News.

With 25 years of experience in public relations, communications and marketing in areas such as strategy, crisis communications, social media, campaigns and traditional media relations Cruz is a force to be reckoned with. Cruz is also known as “the fixer” when it comes to managing crisis and is the person to call. From natural disasters to investigations, HR issues, lawsuits, embezzlement, death, on-the-job injuries and more, Lisa has worked with organizations to tackle many complex issues before, during and after times of crisis. Her comprehensive approach and quick thinking have resulted in positive outcomes by minimizing risk and identifying areas of brand vulnerabilities.
